   This section seeks clarification on the safeguards and legal frameworks followed by East Sussex County Council when transferring children placed into care in Northern Ireland.
3. Exploitation and Trafficking Allegations
   I’ve asked for information on the council’s procedures for addressing allegations of exploitation, trafficking, and unlawful placements, especially when children are moved across jurisdictions, such as Northern Ireland.

The council has acknowledged receipt of this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. They have reworded it for public disclosure, ensuring all personal details related to my daughter and me have been removed.

The deadline for their response is 18 November 2024, and I will keep you all updated once I receive their response.

This request highlights important concerns about transparency and child protection within the system, and I hope it sheds light on the council’s handling of these sensitive matters.

Sex up the reports and break the 50-mile law in all children’s acts. Only for them to be dumped on the NI Local Authority who lose her.”

@EastSussexCC is now in debt of £55 million, rising in two years to £80 million because of the LAC of care it provides. TUSLA and Irish Times state care provided is not fit for service. The absurdity of this logic is staggering. #FamilyCourtFailure#EndAbuse#ProtectChildren
