Modern Slavery and Child Welfare
2024-10-22
Dear followers,
I wrote to East Sussex County Council regarding critical issues related to modern slavery and child welfare, specifically focusing on the handling of children placed into care in Northern Ireland. It seems they are now classifying my correspondence as a Freedom of Information request rather than answering letters. This request seeks to address important questions about legal frameworks, exploitation, trafficking, and the safeguarding procedures they follow in such cases.
Here are the key points covered in my request:
- Definition and Legal Framework of Modern Slavery
I have requested detailed information on what constitutes modern slavery under UK law and international conventions, including the guidance followed by East Sussex County Council in such cases. - Modern Slavery in the Context of Child Welfare
This section seeks clarification on the safeguards and legal frameworks followed by East Sussex County Council when transferring children placed into care in Northern Ireland. - Exploitation and Trafficking Allegations
Iโve asked for information on the council’s procedures for addressing allegations of exploitation, trafficking, and unlawful placements, especially when children are moved across jurisdictions, such as Northern Ireland.
The council has acknowledged receipt of this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. They have reworded it for public disclosure, ensuring all personal details related to my daughter and me have been removed.
The deadline for their response is 18 November 2024, and I will keep you all updated once I receive their response.
This request highlights important concerns about transparency and child protection within the system, and I hope it sheds light on the council’s handling of these sensitive matters.
Father has no history of abuse, even an enhanced Disclosure 0011722800649 and comes from an honest family who has served in the war and acted with resilience. The mother has never harmed the children but died as her mental health of being shoved in Borstal was not supported by
@EastSussexCC , who stole her children from her. ##Familycourtโs solution: โLetโs place the children with someone else not biologically related; we can forge the birth certificates. Sex up the reports and break the 50-mile law in all children’s acts. Only for them to be dumped on the NI Local Authority who lose her.โ
@EastSussexCC is now in debt of ยฃ55 million, rising in two years to ยฃ80 million because of the LAC of care it provides. TUSLA and Irish Times state care provided is not fit for service. The absurdity of this logic is staggering. #FamilyCourtFailure#EndAbuse#ProtectChildren
Yours sincerely,
Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
