Subject: Concerns Regarding Modern Slavery and Child Trafficking
Dear Modern Slavery Hotline
Ref:52300
I am contacting you regarding my suspicions of modern slavery in East Sussex, particularly concerning my daughter, who is being placed in servitude by a criminal organization.
I submitted aย Freedom of Information request and a GDPRย inquiry, and I attempted to reach the helpline at 9:45 AM on 18th October 2024. 0800 012 1700 Unfortunately, the line was extremely busy and could not take my call. I have also reached out to East Sussex County Council multiple times through several legal emails, but despite the serious legal implications presented to them, they have failed to respond adequately. I have referenced the Writ of Habeas Corpus and Writ of Attachment in my communications, as detailed on my website,ย thestealingofemily.co.uk.
As my daughter approaches her 18th birthday at the end of this month, I am increasingly concerned about her welfare and the legal situation surrounding her. I believe that I am facing institutional fraud and toxic judicial procedures, as all my communications have been met with responses that are moot or dismissive.
I urge you to take these concerns seriously and provide the necessary support and clarification regarding my daughter’s situation and the allegations of modern slavery and child trafficking.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Contact with Missing People
I contacted them by telephone 0800 012 1700 on the 18/10/2024 and was able to get through they took lot of information and asked for my consent to use it which I agreed. They hen suggested I call 16000 and report her to this service https://www.missingpeople.org.uk/ and specifically under ‘Get Help’ menu which has a great deal of information and two forms on it which you can submit information. Both of These seemed very much more proficient than the police.

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
