Subject: Default Notice to East Sussex Council
17th October 2024
Dear Mr. Glazier,
I am writing to formally issue a default notice concerning the ongoing failures of East Sussex County Council regarding the handling of care services for my daughter and other SEND children. Despite my previous communications, there has been a lack of appropriate response and action.
On October 1 and October 2, 2024, I submitted two default notices to NICCY regarding the failure of key individuals to meet with my daughter in a mediation role. It is clear that the services for which you are allocating public funds are misguided and inadequate.
Additionally, on October 12 and 13, 2024, I made several formal requests, including:
- October 12, 10:41 AM – Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Judice
- October 12, 3:51 PM – Request for Statement of Service Under Family Procedure Rules 2010 Rule 6.7
- October 12, 5:18 PM – Request for Statement of Service Under Criminal Procedure Rules and Information on Children Taken into Care
- October 13, 9:45 AM – Subject Access Request (ref: 19567481) Habeas Corpus Ad Judice
- October 13, 12:29 PM – Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Writ of Attachment
Furthermore, I must address the misuse of public funds, particularly in light of recent reports stating that the care services for which the council is allocating financial resources are not fit for purpose. Reputable sources, including The Irish Times and TULSA, have echoed this sentiment. You can find more details regarding these concerns in the articles linked below:
- East Sussex County Council to slash social care spending amidst rising costs
- East Sussex County Council’s care relocation breach explained
As outlined in the statement from Karen Bowles, Senior Media and Content Officer, the council’s actions appear to contravene legal frameworks established by the Children Act 1989 and the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995. Specifically, Section 22C(9)(b) of the Children Act 1989 states that a child should not be placed more than 50 miles away from their parental home unless justified. Yet, my daughter has been relocated over 500 miles away, raising serious concerns regarding compliance with the Care Act 2014, which mandates the best interests of the child.
I urge East Sussex County Council to address these issues promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution regarding my daughter’s care and the associated legal obligations.
I look forward to your prompt response.

Kind Regards

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
