Subject: Request for Reopening of Complaint Due to Serious Allegations of Criminality and Financial Misconduct
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the conduct of your East Sussex County Council (ESCC) office in relation to the illegal trafficking of children, particularly those around the age of four. Despite my repeated efforts to highlight this obscene act, no corrective action has been taken despite ongoing complaints for thirteen years and four books on the criminal subject.
Recent press articles have indicated that these actions have resulted in gross negligence and a significant debt of ยฃ55 million for ESCC. The financial shortfall, fueled by greed/averist rather than care for fellow human beings, is set to increase to ยฃ83 million by 2028 based on your own projections. This alarming situation underscores the gravity of the wrongdoing that is being ignored.
When I raised these issues with your Social Services Manager, I was met with further evasiveness. Polly Walsh, Customer Relations Manager, informed me:
“The records show that you have complained to us many times over the years. I can see that you are very concerned about what has happened. However, this does not change our position. We cannot look into historic complaints or complaints which are for another local authority or organisation. We also cannot consider any complaints which are linked to issues considered in legal proceedings. This is in line with points 13.5, 13.10, and 13.20 of the Children’s Services complaints policy.”
I must, however, point out that under the Local Authority Social Services and National Health Service Complaints (England) Regulations 2009, Section 13 explicitly allows local authorities to review or reopen a complaint if new information comes to light, or if the situation is severe enough to warrant further investigation, especially where criminality is involved. Additionally, these regulations require local authorities to maintain clear and accessible complaints procedures, particularly when dealing with services provided by Children’s Services or Social Care.
As I have stated, the council is currently in debt by ยฃ55 million to a regime involved in the abduction of children, through a member who was charged in a criminal matter in Victoria. Moreover, substantial sums are being paid to a care provider in Northern Ireland that has been described by TUSLA and the Irish Times as “not fit for service.”
Given the significant concerns regarding criminality and the misallocation of public funds to inadequate and dangerous services, I urge you to reopen this complaint and conduct a full investigation into these matters.
In respect to what you state is copying in other people, these people are engaging in what is said to be ‘investigations.’ Would you want to hide what you have done ?
Please confirm receipt of this request and provide guidance on the next steps.
Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.
Kind Regards
Mr. Martin Newbold

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”
Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.
What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
