I wrote to Right Hon Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister, on September 26, 2024, at 7:29 AM, to raise urgent concerns about the ongoing disregard for UK and European laws by stakeholders and government bodies. A critical issue is the relocation of children, including my daughter, approximately 500 miles from their homes, which violates legal limits mandating that such moves should not exceed 50 miles, as stipulated in the Children Act 1989, Section 22C(9)(b), and the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, Article 27.

This negligence not only undermines our legal system but also endangers vulnerable childrenโ€™s rights and well-being. The laws established to protect children are being overlooked, creating an environment where their safety and stability are at risk. Relocating children such vast distances disrupts their lives, education, and emotional well-being, which is fundamentally contrary to the principles of child welfare. It is essential that all stakeholders, including local authorities, social services, and governmental bodies, are held accountable for their actions. Immediate intervention is necessary to protect thousands of children from further violations and to restore public trust in our legal frameworks.

Furthermore, I have reached out to Barrister Jenkins, Attorney General, on September 26, 2024, at 10:34 AM, to inquire about the proposals being put forward in family court regarding the children involved in the ongoing case. Given the complexities surrounding this situation, it is crucial to understand the strategies and recommendations being considered to ensure that the best interests of the children are prioritized. Specifically, I would like to know what proposals are currently being advocated for and how they might impact the proceedings moving forward. Understanding these details will be essential in navigating the next steps effectively.

In addition to my correspondence with the Prime Minister and the Attorney General, I have sent a total of 18 letters or emails to the Childrenโ€™s Commissioner. Each communication outlines the serious concerns I have regarding the treatment of vulnerable children and the apparent disregard for established laws and protocols. I have also reached out to both the Department of Health and the Department of Education, seeking their intervention and support in addressing these critical issues. Unfortunately, none of these bodies seem to abide by the laws I have outlined.

Moreover, I have contacted the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) to raise awareness about these violations. However, I received a delivery failure notice indicating that the email address I used could not be found. This adds to my frustration and concerns about the effectiveness of our oversight institutions. The lack of responsiveness from these agencies raises serious questions about their commitment to protecting vulnerable populations, especially children who rely on these systems for their safety and well-being.

The situation in Northern Ireland regarding care services has been described as unfit for service. Reports indicate systemic failures in the way care is provided to children and families, highlighting a dire need for reform and accountability. The Ombudsman has yet to take any meaningful action, despite the overwhelming evidence of neglect and violations. This inaction further exacerbates the crisis and leaves families like mine in a state of uncertainty and distress.

Additionally, my attempts to reach out to the European Court have gone unanswered, adding another layer of frustration to an already complex situation. I had hoped that international legal bodies might provide support or guidance in addressing these significant breaches of law and childrenโ€™s rights. However, the lack of response from these institutions has left me feeling abandoned and without recourse.

In light of these ongoing issues, I have also written to the International Criminal Court at Oude Waalsdorperweg 10, 2597 AK, The Hague, The Netherlands. My correspondence with them seeks to bring attention to these critical violations of childrenโ€™s rights and the systemic failures within the UK legal and social care systems. It is imperative that international bodies are made aware of these issues, as they reflect a broader pattern of neglect and abuse that cannot be overlooked.

In summary, the current state of affairs regarding the treatment of children in the UK, particularly in Northern Ireland, is deeply troubling. The relocation of children over significant distances, the lack of accountability among stakeholders, and the failure of oversight institutions all contribute to a landscape where childrenโ€™s rights are being routinely violated. Immediate action is necessary to address these concerns, restore faith in our legal systems, and protect the well-being of vulnerable children. I implore all involved parties to take these issues seriously and work towards meaningful change.

Everyone is asking on twitter: “Can I sue a Judge?”

Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.

What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
