Subject: Urgent Concerns Regarding Southern Regional College and Potential Misuse of Public Funds

I informed you of Missing Person Alert: Emily Newbold-Smith Date of Birth: 30/10/2006 Reference Number: CC2024092001582 Emily Newbold-Smith, aged 17, with brown hair, was last seen in Newry, Northern Ireland. She was born in East Sussex, England, and her family is seeking to establish contact with her. If you are in Northern Ireland and have seen her or have any information regarding her whereabouts, please contact the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) immediately and reference the case number CC2024092001582.

I asked by telephone call at 9:23AM  and insisted  that the duty superintendent contact me within the hour. I will expect him to telephone me and have at his fingertips the name of the superior office who closed  this matter down.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I write further to my telephone call with your Northern Ireland Police Service today at 7:30 AM. During this call, I was informed by your agent that they could not confirm whether my opinion regarding the evidence and description of illegal acts I had previously sent was considered relevant. I was also told that the issue of missing children was not within your jurisdiction to investigate.

In addition, I was asked a series of questions relating to events that occurred before my child went missing from 192 Barcroft, Newry. I would appreciate further clarification on why this line of questioning was pursued and how it relates to the investigation of my child’s disappearance.

I was also informed that I was not in a position to report the issue under parental identification number 414, and that I did not have parental responsibility, despite this being granted to me by the East Sussex Court. As you are aware, parental responsibility, once granted, cannot be removed by any other court.

Parental responsibility is being treated with contempt, and your team is now clearly evidenced to be in breach of Article 50(1)(A) of the Care Order under The Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995, 1995 No. 755 (N.I. 2). I have given you a clear opportunity to correct these failings, but no action appears to be forthcoming. Instead, you continue to deal with my letters in contempt of the law.

My concerns were further raised due to the formal legislation used in the vaccination of children under Gillick Competence in the cases Re (1991)[6] and Re W (1992)[7], which clearly express parens patriae and parentum responsabilitas. The 2006 Judicial Review R (on the application of Axon) v Secretary of State for Health at Axon 20 and 21, which I had sent to Cressida Dick and the Family Procedure Rule Committee (FPRC) on Monday, September 27, 6:46 AM, and have yet to receive a response, further supports that my parental responsibility cannot be extinguished.

Additionally, I had notified the Department of Education (DOE) and the Children’s Commissioner that my daughter was in the right course of her education and should proceed into further schooling. However, the DOE has stonewalled these requests, acting in an unprofessional manner and contributing to the neglect of my daughter’s education, a right guaranteed to her as an English-born citizen.

As my daughter reached an age where these decisions should be made, her governess should have facilitated such requests and ensured her education was the best available. It is clear that the local authority has not acted in good conscience or good faith, failing to seek further evidence on the issue, in breach of the Commission of Investigation Act 2004.

I have also notified my MP under Royal Mail Signed For Delivery NY525979763GB. My family and I feel greatly aggrieved and maligned by the continued neglect of these issues.

If, for any reason, you feel incapable of conducting an investigation, please inform me. Should you require evidence from a legal authority confirming that parental responsibility cannot be removed, I will provide it to you upon request in the act of law that governed it.

I look forward to your response and clarification on these matters.

Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.

What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
