Dear Minister,

I am writing to express my urgent concerns regarding the institutional fraud and toxic judicial proceedings that have severely impacted families, including my own. This communication follows my telephone notification earlier today. Given the gravity of the situation, I am also informing the press in Northern Ireland to ensure these critical issues receive the public attention and scrutiny they warrant.

It appears that there is a lack of action to address the wrongful separation of families, including my daughter’s case, which raises concerns about support for institutional fraud and toxic judicial proceedings. I have already provided you with sixteen emails that clearly outline instances of malpractice, fraud, and toxic judicial proceedings, encompassing communications that have not received proper replies or a sit-down discussion with my sixteen-year-old daughter.

The systemic failures within the judicial and social services systems highlight a misuse of public funds and negligence that cannot be overlooked.

I formally request that the Department of Health, in conjunction with international oversight bodies such as the International Criminal Court, launch a thorough investigation into the institutional corruption and harmful judicial practices that have caused immense damage to vulnerable children and families. From my conversation with Lee today, it seems you only operate a media department at webmaster@health-ni.gov.uk.

I look forward to your prompt action on this matter. If this continues, I will be making a complaint on the BBC about these nefarious practices which involve illegal and alleged criminal negligence.

Yes, you can in very slim circumstances If a judge creates a court order based on that fraudulent affidavit, the judge has also committed a felony. Anyone attempting to enforce an illegal court order is, in effect, committing an act of violence against you.

What is an affidavit: a written statement confirmed by oath or affirmation, for use as evidence in court.
